Partner Programme

Our partner programme is a Business Development initiative that has been specifically developed for the smaller business.

The objective of the programme is to put a formal business management system into the Company that will enable the business to perform as a highly competitive, agile and responsive leader within its chosen market.

The programme consists of four individual modules that are integrated into the business philosophy of the Partner over a period of 12 months.

Core Modules Outcome
Finance Meaningful finance information that can be used to measure and drive an increase in business performance
Sales A sales plan that is realistic, well planned and credible in its objectives with a methodology to achieve it
Marketing Defining the business and its core drivers within the context of its chosen market and providing the tools for the management team to deliver those targets
Operations An appraisal with recommendations of the operational efficiency and an understanding of the key performance indicators that deliver the profitability.

The Programme typically starts with a business analysis followed by a bespoke development plan to enable the business to achieve its objectives.

Supporting the Programme are quarterly visits by a dedicated Business Consultant to ensure that the business issues are driven forward; these visits are in addition to telephone support provided by the team of advisors at Carr Consultants office.
